Game Performance

Notes

Comments

9/16/20

Body: 5/10, 140 pounds. Thin frame, room to add strength.
Defense: Active feet, has bend to his hips, catches the ball near center, better than average hands, clean transfers.
Arm: R.  INF - 70 mph.  Accurate, long, clean arm action, high 3/4 slot.
Hit: R. Balanced, even base, hands at back shoulder, more vertical barrel. Short stride, hands load back. Balanced, direct barrel path, stays through the ball, works through the middle of the field with a line drive approach.
Power: 76 mph exit velocity from the tee.  Average bat speed, numbers should increase with added strength.
Run:7.93 runner in the 60.

Delivery: Stretch only.  Stable.  Lift to the high chest.  Loose hips.  Controlled rhythm with solid hand break and direction.  Works on-line, landing in-line and square.  Lacks explosive lower half, but very controlled and direct
Arm Action: R. Long, clean arm action.  Occasionally slightly late, allowing the front side to leave.  Works to a high-3/4 slot.  Arm speed should increase with added strength to the frame
FB: T77, 73-77 mph. 1877 rpm. Some sink with a 1:00 spin tilt out of the hand.  Strike thrower, worked down in the zone.  Better feel for glove side
CB: 64-68 mph. 1948 rpm. Side to side action.  Early and soft.  Occasionally cast with a hump out of the hand.
CH: 66-69 mph. 1624 rpm. 1:15 spin tilt.  Similar tunnel to the fastball with earlier fade
