Notes

Comments

1/11/20

Long thin frame standing 6-foot, 140-pounds that still has plenty of projection left to it. Square athletic stance hitting from the right side. Pick up and stride forward landing slightly closed. Small hand load back and short to the ball with a bit of a hands first approach. Level path to the ball with a line drive approach. Had some balance issues at times while getting out over the front side. Exit velocity was 74 mph. Wider base to start defensively, works outside on approach, and displayed average hands. Longer arm action throwing from a low three-quarter arm slot. Positional velocity was 78 mph. Ran a 7.72 60. Fluid delivery, gathered over the rubber, hips uphill, and shoulders closed. Hands break into a long arm action and throws from a three quarter arm slot. Lands on line before getting over front side and falling to first base side. Fastball sat 70-73 mph with some arm side run. Changeup was a really nice secondary pitch with late fade, arm speed, and sat 69-70 mph. Breaking ball sat 63-65 mph. Slider was loose in shape and arm speed could tick up a bit. The slider sat 60-61 mph.
