Athletic build with room to add strength to his 5 foot 11, 155-pound frame.  Balanced setup from the right side of the plate.  Smooth load with a short stride with his hands working back.  Fluid swing, lining balls to the opposite field. Short barrel path to the ball with feel for his barrel and average bat speed.  Exit velocity recorded at 86 mph.  Works to the ball on the infield and is balanced at the catch position.  Average hands with an accurate arm to first base that topped at 80 mph.  Recorded a 7.26 in the 60.
Strike thrower on the bump that flooded the zone with a fastball – curveball combination.  Fastball worked straight to the glove side but has big, early run on his arm side.  Fastball ranged 78-80.  Breaking ball was short and late with 12/6 or 11/5 tilt at 64-67.  Quick arm from a long arm swing getting to an over-the-top slot.  Some effort through release.  Works level and on-line, landing with a closed front foot.  Front side can work early, leaving the arm exposed at times.
