At the plate, tall open stance, simple stride triggers compact line drive swing plane. All fields approach, avg. contact during round of BP. Posted an exit velocity of 81 mph off a tee.

10/30/16- 5-foot-11, 153-pound catcher ran a 5.47 40 yard sprint. At the plate, has a square stance, short leg kick trigger, compact line drive swing plane, line drive, ground ball contact. Posted an exit velocity of 73 mph off a tee. Behind the plate, threw to 2nd in the 2.14-.2.22 range. Square wide stance, tendency to stab at the ball, deep receiver, early target, fundamentally sound blocker, adjacent stance for off speed. Moves well side to side.
