6-foot, 195-pound solid frame. At the plate, the switch hitter showed his power ability with an exit velocity of 94 mph. Begins in a balanced, strong  stance with a quick load from the right side, then uses a small leg kick right before his swing. Showed a flat swing plane and explosive bat speed. Found some barrels in his rounds. Gap to gap approach. From the left side, Zamora has a small leg lift and stride to start swing. Hands mostly stagnant - but short, direct path into the zone and slight uptick on finish. In the infield, showed ability to throw up to 82 mph across the field; had sure hands and a fluid exchange. Had a short arm action with an-over-the-top slot. He recorded a time of 7.80 in the 60-yard dash. 

Zamora got the nod against cross-town rival Steinert in a night game matchup at Veterans Park in Mercer County. The broad-shouldered Zamora filled the strike zone at 84-86 touching 87 with some armside run on his fastball. High-3/4 slot with a short quick arm action, Zamora showed swing and miss stuff with his fastball and breaker. CB had late 11/5 bite at 74-75 and also wrinkled in a changeup with armside run at 77 MPH. Up tempo and high energy on the mound, Zamora lands closed with a small turn-off toward first base on finish. Tall and athletic balance point, one of the top 2021s in NJ.
