6-foot-3, 200lb muscular, athletic frame; 6.98 runner in the 60 yard dash. At the plate, Jaros stays upright with high hands and minimal bend in the knees. Uses a small leg lift and stride forward paired with a slight bat waggle to keep the hands loose. Works a smooth, slightly uphill swing that produces quality lift on balls to the pull side, especially. Hit line drive after line drive and produced flush contact on nearly every swing on his way to posting a 96 MPH max exit velo. In the infield, Jaros takes long strides to the ball and stays low to the ground in the process. Fields out in front with a soft glove and funnels to the chest. Works the field and transfer process quickly while gaining ground toward the target. Throws from a whippy 3/4 slot and registered an 80 MPH arm strength across the infield with accuracy in all throws. High level athlete that moves well on both sides of the baseball.
6-foot-3, 200-pound projectable frame. One of the top overall performers from the event, and one of the top 2023s in the state. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.0. Begins in a balanced stance with a smooth load, then uses a controlled stride just before his swing. Bat speed was electric, showed simple short swing plane and good extension on his finish. Through the round he found lots of barrels with tons of loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Jaros showed his power ability with an exit velocity of 90 mph. Projectable in the infield, his position velocity was registered at 74 mph; had next Level twitchy hands, a quick exchange and athletic footwork. Had a high slot and a loose arm action with consistent accuracy to the base.

Shows a level swing plane, quick bat speed and high finish. Line drive approach. In the infield, his position velocity was registered at 80 mph; had a clean fluid exchange, athletic footwork and soft hands. fields the ball out front and has athletic movements laterally. Used a slot and a long arm action. In the 60-yard dash, he recorded a time of 7.38. Jaros is one of the top 2023s in the state, and one of the top performers coming out of the event.
