A lean athletic 5-foot-8, 155 pounds. Offensively- from the left side, stands in the box in a tall stance loose hands. Takes a short stride before attacking the baseball. Has a flat bat path. From the right side, stands in the box in a tall stance and slightly open. Takes a short stride towards the pitcher. Quick direct path to the baseball. Slight lift at the point of contact. Showed hard consistent contact to the middle of the field. Top exit velocity 82 MPH. Defensively- Showed active footwork. Uses his footwork to stay behind the baseball. Shows a quick exchange and throws from a high ¾ arm slot. Showed an accurate arm. Top throwing velocity 73 MPH. Pitching- Works mainly from the right side of the rubber. Displayed repeatable balanced mechanics. Low effort delivery. Throws from a high ¾ arm slot. Has early hand separation and drives downhill from a balanced back side. FB has some arm side run and peaked at 74 MPH. CB has sharp late break and ranged from 60-63 MPH. And showed feel for a CH at 64-66 MPH.

Athletic 5-foot-8, 155 pounds OF. Ran a 7.30 60 yard dash. Offensively- The switch-hitting OF stance in with a tall stance slightly open before attacking the hitting zone. From the right side, Small stride towards the pitcher, quick compact swing through the hitting zone. Balanced throughout the swing and finishes with a two hand finish. From the left side, hands are in the back position and loose. Short to the hitting zone with a slight lift at the point of contact. Top exit velocity was 78 MPH. Defensively- Active footwork, displayed smooth laterally actons and under control when fielding the ball. Long ¾ arm action with a 73 MPH OF velocity. The OF is someone to keep an eye on. Projects as a corner OF at the next level.

CNY ASG (September 30, 2018)

Lean, proportional build at 5-foot-8, 155-pounds. Offensively –  Switch hitter. Left Side -Narrow, upright set-up with open stance to the pitcher. Uses low forward stride to get square. Smooth, left handed swing that showed consistent lift. High finish. Right Side – Same set up as left side. Hands stay more compact and work inside of the ball. Less lift, more line drive contact. Overall, displays balanced hitting actions from both sides. Defensively – Aggressive footwork in the OF while working thru the ball. Maintains body control throughout entire fielding process. Loose arm action from high, over the top release. Uses a side shuffle to get momentum behind throws. Pitching – Balanced, mechanically sound delivery with deliberate pitching tempo. Repeatable, low effort throwing actions. Balanced leg lift. Stays tall on backside while getting into stride. Short, compact arm action with high ¾ release. Consistent finish with extension out over front leg.
