6/30/21

Physical: Highly athletic, developing 5-foot-9, 150lb frame with some feel. 7.09 runner in the 60-yard dash.

Offensively: RHH - Balanced, even stance as the hands showed rhythm in by the ear. Utilized a short toe-tap stride to initiate the bat head through a flat path into the hitting zone; a slight barrel pump allowed for a trusted pre-pitch move and matched pitch-plane early. Featured good bat to ball skills, delivering the top hand accurately into all quadrants. Stayed efficient, hitting into a firm front side and recorded a T91 mph bat-exit velocity at his peak (via Trackman). Doubles power available in the approach, notching a near 310 foot batted ball distance to the pull-side gap.

Defensively: The primary shortstop used early footwork to get to the spot right-left on-time, presenting the glove hand while holding tempo over the front side. Good posture and ability to move with range in either direction, getting rid from a fluid, H ¾ slot (82 mph arm, smooth defender).

10/18/20

Physical: 5-foot-7, 140 pounds; lean, athletic build. 6.93 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Upright, balanced stance with feet even and hands start with a waggle up in front of back shoulder; toe tap stride with hands getting back to a good launch position. aggressive effort from lower half hitting into a stiff front side with Quick into the zone producing up to 21 G's rotational acceleration and plus bat speed up to 72 mph per Blast Motion with a slight up hill finish.  Hard line drive contact through the big part of the field with present pop ; peak Trackman exit velocity of 88 MPH.
Defensively: Uses prep step; Athletic footwork with a quick first step and range laterally. Soft glove hand with smooth funnel action on transfers; Short arm action to a 3/4 release.  INF - 77 MPH.
