The 6-foot-3, 198-pound primary right-handed pitcher displayed a large frame with present strength. The righty sat 85-87 mph with small hip swivel from a repeatable, high ¾ delivery with a quick arm. Solid hip direction towards the plate allowed for some downhill action on the fastball and command in the zone. Demonstrated feel for an 11/5, 68-71 mph curveball. Flashed a 76-77 mph changeup thrown with adequate sell. The right-handed hitter starts with a tall, even stance utilizing a leg-kick to initiate his swing. Created advanced barrel whip with a slightly uphill attack angle upon impact. Consistent hip-shoulder separation allowed for smooth 95 mph bat-exit velocities with backspin during batting practice. Showcased adequate footwork in the outfield arriving to balls on time with regularity. Recorded accurate 80 mph arm-strength from his position.
