WNY ASG (September 23, 2018)
Athletic frame with projectable build at 6-foot, 155-pounds. Ran a 7.29 60 yard dash. Offensively – Balanced, upright set-up from the left side. Lines up square to the pitcher. Maintains rhythm with hands before getting into short leg lift and stride. Level swing with quick wrists. Flashed lift to his pull-side. High, one-handed finish with extension after contact. Exit Velocity was 81 MPH. Defensively – Balanced fielding actions at SS. Keeps body under control while moving laterally. Receives ball in center of his body before funneling into throws. Clean, whippy arm action from ¾ slot. Arm strength was 84 MPH.

April 2018
With a lean athletic frame and good lower body rotation, demonstrating good plate coverage, with quick hands and a slight upward barrel action through the zone, going 1-3 with a single to left field and a was robbed of a base hit by a nice diving catch by the left fielder.  Defensively showed good range and excellent arm strength, hands seemed to stab at the ball a bit.

Campus Series, Canisius College (July 5, 2017)
Lobdell stands in at 5-foot-10, 150-pounds with a lean athletic frame. Ran a 4.47 home to first. Offensively- Lefty sets up square to the pitcher with his feet just outside his shoulders. Stands with a vertical body frame holding his hands above the back shoulder using little pre-pitch bat movement. On pitch, his trigger is a knee raise into the body to stride forward while his hands move back into his hitting position. Utilizes good lower body rotation clearing the hips and getting his whole-body frame involved in the swing. Shows quick hands into the hitting zone with an upward lift barrel action throughout into a high two-handed finish. Demonstrated good plate coverage and the ability to drive the ball up the middle and to the pull side. Has a smooth swing that will continue to get better with more development and added strength. Recorded an exit velocity of 78 MPH, a 7 MPH improvement from his previous recorded mark in March 2016. Defensively- Good approach and footwork to the baseball. Good fielding mechanics funneling the ball into the chest with a quick transition to the throwing position. Has aggressive footwork towards the intended throwing target. Moves well left/right and in on the run. Recorded a positional arm velocity of 76 MPH.
Futures Instructional (March 5, 2016)
Dillon is a slightly built 5-foot-7 125 pound shortstop who ran a 8.37 60 and an improved 4.47 home-to-1B from the left side. Offensively- Dillon sets up in an even stance with his weight pre-loaded to the back lef. Uses a controlled load with a stride that gains ground to the mound. Explosive with his lower half. Repeatable swing path as he stays short into the zone with a two handed finish up and out in front of the body. Peak exit velocity of 71 MPH, up 3 MPH from December. Consistent line drive results from the middle of the field through his pull side. Defensively- Dillon starts in a spread and low position. Creates proper angles when fielding the ball out in front. Clean transition with an efficient shuffle step. As a middle infielder, a taller starting position will eliminate any delay when moving laterally. Arm strength across the diamond peaked at 72 MPH.
WNY Pro Holiday Clinic (December 19, 2015)

The athletic freshman stands 5’6 120 pounds and swings it from the left side. Offensively-  He sets up balanced at the plate and uses a smooth simple load; small stride and linear hand load with slight tilt in the bat.  He showed consistent bat path with a one hand release. Defensively-  He showed some good upside in the field as well working the ball to the center of his body with a loose live arm.  Arm action was ¾ slot with some whip.
