Physical: 6-foot-4, 187 pounds; Long, slender build. 7.25 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; has a pre-pitch bat waggle. Extended take back of the hands with a toe-tap for timing. Slides weight forward pre-contact. while showing a strong lower half. Showed a flat swing path with a two handed finish. More groundballs than line drives and flyballs with a peak exit velocity of 91 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; uses prep hop while showing active feet. Hands are off to the side with a clean transfer. Moderate arm circle from a standard 3/4 arm slot. OF - 78 MPH.
Pitching: Uses a glove side setup working primarily from the stretch. Mid chest leg drive with shoulders above the hips. Has a long stride landing inline with the plate. Moderate arm swing while showing effortless and fluid actions; low 3/4 slot. Upright with finish. FB: Peak velo of 82 MPH, while sitting 80-81 MPH; life through the zone. CB: 69-71 MPH; slurve like action. SL: MPH; . CH: 74-76 MPH; runs.
Physical: Lengthy, projectable 6-foot-4, 175lb frame with a high-waisted build.
Pitching: RHP - Started from the stretch-only off the middle of the rubber, using a medium leg lift and good direction and tilt down the slope. Separated around the right hip, using a longer H ¾ slot and full arm circle to get to a H ¾ slot at release. The FB ranged from 79-81 mph at 1808 rpms and 13 inches of IVB with heavy action into the bottom of the zone. Mixed a shorter, 70-72 mph CB with good command and gradual shape.
