Physical: 6-foot-2, 155 pounds; long, lanky frame.
Pitching: Smooth tempo down the slope, gets exceptional hip-shoulder separation by fighting torso rotation as long as he can. Long, loose actions in the arm. Swings behind him out of the glove and gains more arm speed the more downhill he continues to get; high 3/4 slot. FB: T 85MPH, 84-85 MPH. Throws a lively FB with above average spin, has life late in the zone. CB: 68-70 MPH. The CB is a big loopy pitch that could be thrown early in the count as a "get me over" and later in the count if he can change the depth on it. CH: 70-71 MPH. Flashed a changeup that could be a quality pitch the more he can get comfortable throwing it.
Physical: 6-foot-2, 155-pounds. Tall, projectable fame.
Pitching Delivery: High leg lift with coil, sits into back side as he glides out in line finishing with intent against a firm front side.
Arm Action: Long, whippy arm action with a high 3/4 slot.
FB: T82, 79-81 MPH. Locates in the zone with arm side tail.
CB: 65-66 MPH. Big, sharp break with 1-7 shape.
CH: 69-71 MPH. Fastball arm speed with arm side sink.
Offensively- the right handed hitter stands in the box in a tall stance and feet shoulder width apart. Short simple load actions. Hits slightly up hill. Stays balanced throughout the swing. Finishes in an upright position. Defensively- the 2021 graduate worked out at 1st. Aggressive approach to the baseball. Fields the ball slightly off center. Throws from a mid 3/4 arm slot. Pitching- the left handed pitcher displayed a repeatable delivery and a projectable live arm. Natural whippy arm action. FB has late arm side run and peaked at 79 MPH. CB is tight and ranged from 65-68 MPH. Showed feel for a Ch ranging from 69-71 MPH.
