Offensively: Open stance with bend in the knees, slightly pre-loaded in back leg with hands starting out in front of back shoulder with vertical barrel; gains ground striding to closed with a quiet load of the hands; barrel is quick into the zone with a slight uphill path creating natural back spin with pop to the gaps. 89 MPH peak exit velo.
Defensively: One knee set up in primary with low target; balanced set up in secondary with quick, straight line footwork; quick catch and release ability through a 3/4 release. C: 69 MPH
