Academic Games (July 26, 2016)
As a positional player, showed very good athleticism, running a 4.30 down to first on his dig, with ease. Defensively- In the outfield, is a solid defender. The routes on fly balls are appropriate and he threw 78 mph from right field during the defensive portion of the workout. Offensively- At the plate, tee exit velocity of 84 mph. The setup is even footed and the path to the ball is long/sweeps. Needs to free up his hands and let them work. Pitching- On the mound, showed confidence and had fun pitching at the event. Fastball touched 78 mph with arm side run to it. The breaking ball has the right shape to it, sitting 66-68 mph. The changeup is his third pitch, sitting 67-68 mph.
NY Games (June 27-29, 2016)
Harder is a slender 6-foot-0; 170 pounds. Plays OF/RHP Ran a much improved 6.7 60 (.31 seconds quicker than in Feb. 2016). Offensively-  Athletic wide stance with hands starting off of back shoulder. Flat barrel load with slight toe touch stride. Keeps weight back nicely, hands in tight and does a nice job of driving back knee towards the ball. Aggressive recoil across body with his extension. Harder showed an increase in his exit velocity, up to 85 MPH (+2 MPH from Feb.) Defensively- Approaches ball well and has quick, powerful transition, using his length and momentum to throw 83 MPH from the outfield. More explosive with crow hop will only help with improving his arm strength. Over the top throwing motion; creates good back spin and carry. Pitching- On the mound Harder uses a high 3/4 arm slot. Drives just above the belt with his balance point; repeats landing and gets over front side. Actions can be a bit stiff and could benefit from increased pace into landing. FB sat 76-77 MPH; riding downhill with some heaviness. CB featured 12-to-6 action with late spike at 67-68 MPH.
Preseason All-State (February 28, 2016)
Harder stands 6-foot, 170-pounds with a strong athletic frame.  Ran a 7.01 60-yard dash and a 4.16 down the line.  Offensively- Sets up wide with high hands. Loads with a small leg kick and drives the lower half through well with a 2 hand high finish. Defensively- Shows athletic footwork and good hand speed Jonah has good outfield actions and an 83-mph position velocity.  Harder has college level outfield tools and is worth watching develop over the course of this spring and summer.

Eastern NY All-Star Game (September 13, 2015)
Stands at 6-foot-0, 155 pounds, with a lean athletic body build.  Defensively - He has a smooth, clean approach through the ball, with soft hands, throws with an over the top arm action, plays through the ball nicely and has accuracy on the target.  Pitching - On the mound, he uses a simple side step, balanced delivery, arm action is fairly clean and loose, throws with an over the top arm slot. He exhibits good command with a fastball max at 79 MPH.  Curveball has a nice change of pace, but needs to develop more bite.  Offensively - At the plate his setup is relaxed and balanced stance, short stride, with a back load.  His hands are very compact, swinging on a level to upward tilt plane, good extension through the ball
