Offensively: RHH. Feet even in a balanced stance pre loaded into the back leg with hands relaxed on back shoulder; gains some ground with a leg kick while hands load straight back. aggressive effort into a stiff front side with quick to the ball at .15 seconds to contact; gets on plane with a 15 degree attack angle and stays on plane with 74% efficiency . stays behind the ball creating backspin with present juice to the pull side; peak Trackman exit velocity of 91 MPH.

Defensively: Walks into ready position; active foot work playing through the ball routinely. fields the ball in front with a soft glove and quick transfer; short arma action to a clean 3/4 release. INF - 78 MPH.

Athletic, balanced stance with an even base, hands start just above shoulders and work back on load along with slight waggle and small leg kick for timing Clean, direct swing plane, hands get on plane with the ball early, swing works uphill at finish. Up the middle approach. 88 MPH raw exit velocity.
Defensively: Starts and stays low on approach, consistent footwork on approach, fields the ball out in front and in the middle of his body, gets rid of the ball quickly. Medium arm swing with a low 3/4 slot.  INF - 76 MPH.

Offensively- the right handed hitter stands in the box in a tall stance and slight bend in the knees. Quick direct path to the hitting zone. Hard contact to the middle part of the field. Defensively- Ventura worked out as an infielder. Moves well laterally from the hot corner. Fields the baseball close to his body. Low effort throwing actions from a mid ¾ arm slot. On the mound- Ventura displayed a repeatable delivery. Works off a balanced backside and has a slight drop and drive delivery. Worked with a two pitch mix with the FB peaking at 74 MPH and CB 65-66 MPH.
