New York Games (July 7-9, 2015)
Athletic frame at 5-foot-10, 165-pounds. Defensively- Clean instincts in the field, has average hands and glove work, has a good transfer with average arm strength, releases at a high -3/4 arm slot and shows good follow through to the target. Offensively- At the plate begins with a slightly opened stance, takes a short stride to the pitch and has an average loading mechanism, has a slight uphill tilt in bat plane but has short, quick hand path through the zone, and is able to make consistently solid contact. Pitching- On the mound he uses a smooth balanced delivery, with a loose-free arm action, throws from a high-3/4 slot, fastball sat 80-82 mph on one plane, 2-seam has some sink late action. Curveball sat 73-75 with some early loose spin, needs more hand speed to tighten it up. Finishes over his front-side, athletic balanced.

Greater NYC Preseason Open  (February 19, 2015)
Adams stands 5-foot-10, 165-pounds with a solid frame to add onto. On the mound he uses a side-step, balanced rhythm, high-leg lift, hands go high. Shoulders stay lined up with target, hips closed, long stride, arm action is down and clean, throws from an over-the-top slot, head leans towards first-base line. Fastball has projection, 83 mph with downward slope, curveball shows some spin, early hump. Really like his projectablilty at the next-level. Hitting/3B - At the plate he starts with an athletic approach, wide stance. On the pitch he uses a back load, slight stride for timing. Path to the ball is quick, short, barrel is level through the contact zone. He uses extension after contact, shoulder level finish, 80 mph bat exit velocity off a tee. From 3B he stays behind the ball, fast transfer, good funnel. Long arm action, throws from a high-3/4 arm alot, 77 mph arm strength with more in the tank. He ran a 4.38 home-to-first-time.
