Physical: 5-foot-10, 180 pounds; muscular, athletic build. 7.83 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Wide feet with some bend in the knees and an upright bat, slightly tipped toward the pitcher. Uses a lift and replace with some weight shifting backward to load up his back leg. Active lower half, fires the back hip through upon foot strike with an uphill swing that is top hand dominant. Showed some pop to pull side when he caught the ball out in front; peak Trackman exit velocity of 92 MPH.
Defensively: Low to the ground, gives a small target for the pitcher by staying compact; gains a lot of ground and switches his feet quickly to make the throw to target. Soft hands, beats the ball to the spot and brings it in with a clean transfer; short, whippy arm thrown from the ear. 2.14-2.26 pop times. C - 76 MPH.
