A lean athletic frame at 5-foot-9, 160 pounds. Offensively- the right handed hitter stands in the box with a wide base and slightly open stance. Short simple load actions. Quick direct path to the baseball. Has a slight lift at the point of contact. Compact swing. A lot more left in the tank. Defensively- the infielder displayed smooth infield actions. Smooth exchange and quick release on throws across the infield. The 2020 graduate is athletic enough to play all over the field. Must follow.
Athletic projectable build. Offensively- the right handed hitter stands in the box in a slightly open stance with bent knees. Short simple load actions. Slight lift at the point of contact. Stays balanced throughout the swing. Displayed hard consistent contact. Defensively- the infielder displayed active footwork during the infield portion. Gets himself in a good position before fielding the baseball. Quick release from a high ¾ arm slot. Pitching- the right handed pitcher displayed a repeatable delivery. Delivery has tempo. Good use of the lower half when working downhill off a balanced backside. The 2020 graduate is a player to watch as he continues to develop.
