Physical: Lean, athletic 6-foot, 160lb frame with projectability. 7.43 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Upright, loose stance with the hands operating low at the chest over the plate to start. Utilized a stretched load to the shoulder and simple lift and replace stride up/down to even. Initiated with tight barrel turns over the rear hip and a slightly uphill path on the front-side creating lift through the baseball; generated a 55% line drive rate (via Trackman) keeping the ball off the ground effectively and back spinning to pull for a near 330 foot batted ball distance (doubles power). Middle of the order type approach finding success to the LCF part of the field with leverage available, T88 mph bat-exit velocity.
Defensively: The shortstop showed clean footwork, working hard early in routes while rounding downhill through the ball with positive angles towards the target. Lower posture and lateral range available, holding pace/momentum after fielding and released smoothly from a H ¾ slot (accurate, 78 mph arm).
Pitching: RHP - Started off the middle of the rubber with quicker pace in the delivery; stayed efficient and separated on time at the stack maintaining bend in the elbow and athleticism down the slope into footstrike. H ¾ release and 81-82 mph FB that painted the arm-side corner with some carry. Mixed a tight, two-plane 66-68 mph CB with increased depth, dodging barrels for swing/miss.
3/21/21
Pitching: Works uptempo with a high leg lift and coil before getting into backside and driving down the mound in line and finishing over a strong front side. long arm swing to a over the top release.
FB: Works downhill with some life into the zone. CB: 11-5 shape with some depth down through the zone ( Upto -19" vertical drop) CH: Straight change that tunnels out of the FB release with good speed differential.
2/15/21
Physical: Long, lean 6-foot, 160-pound frame with room to add strength. 7.63 runner in the 60-yard dash; lean strength present in the actions.
Offensively: RHH - Balanced, even stance with a loose feel in the hands above the shoulder; utilized a leg lift stride to initiate a simple, short swing through a slight vertical attack into the hitting zone. Stayed behind the baseball well with control of the torso allowing for a peak bat-exit velocity of 87 mph per Trackman Baseball. A 306 foot batted ball distance points toward doubles power at the moment and a 46% line drive rate gives confidence in the “bat to ball skill” department. Worked mostly head high gap to gap line drives at the plate; could elevate to the pull-side when pitched inner half.
Defensively: The primary shortstop moved right to left through the fielding window with a low posture, good glove work fielding out in front of the toes and funneling into the belt loop, accurate 78 mph arm strength from a ¾ slot, feel for pace was evident … The outfielder featured obvious positional flexibility with athleticism in space, stayed behind the baseball well and attacked when necessary, downhill chest angles when fielding off of the left foot, let it rip (83 mph) with high intent.

Defense: Active feet; tends to funnel ball into stomach; very smooth when approaching the ball and fielding it inside glove foot; firm glovework; able to move laterally . Arm: Medium arm swing; 3/4 arm slot . INF - 73 MPH.
Pitching Delivery: Short drop step with hesitation into a low leg lift gliding forward, in line with target; repeatable, balanced follow through.
