Proportional frame with a wiry build at 5-foot-8, 130-pounds. Offensively – Balanced, upright stance from the left side. Lead foot slightly open to the pitcher. Uses a controlled forward stride to create separation. Loose hands that show natural feel for finding barrel. Level swing with consistent lift to his pull-side. Projects to hit for more power in future with added strength. Stays balanced throughout. Defensively – Clean defensive actions. Fields with steady tempo to his movements Funnels ball in with a wide, athletic base. Continues to show control of a reliable glove hand. Stays balanced when he ranges laterally. Short arm action coming from low ¾ release. Keeps momentum behind throws.

CNY ASG (September 30, 2018)

Lean, developing 5-foot-8, 130-pound frame. Offensively – Narrow, upright stance. Starts slightly open to the pitcher. Squares up feet at landing after low leg lift. Keeps hands tight to the body with compact swing. Barrel stays level in the zone and produced consistent line drive contact during BP. High, one-handed finish. Additional strength will help improve contact/power. Defensively – Fundamentally sound fielding actions with a deliberate tempo. Receives ball in wide, athletic base with a soft glove hand. Maintains body control while moving laterally. Quick exchange into short, compact arm action. Low ¾ release.
