Brandon stands 5-foot-10, 145-pounds with an athletic frame that will take some more weight with another year in the weight room. Offensively- Sets up tall and slightly outside shoulder width. Bat loads flat with a small leg kick. Takes aggressive hacks with a two hand finish. Exit speed was at 76-mph. Defensively- Stays low and fields everything well out in front. Showed a clean transfer and threw it 75-mph across the diamond. Brandon is a 2018 worth keeping an eye on over the next year or so to watch his progress.
(WNY All-Star Games - Aug 27) Stands at 5-foot-9, 132 pounds, with a lean athletic body build. He ran a 4.61 Home to 1st from the right-hand side. He has a smooth approach through the ball, with smooth, soft hands, throws with a high 3/4 arm action, plays through the ball, with some range, and has accuracy on the target. His arm strength was 68 MPH. At the plate his setup is relaxed and balanced stance, short stride, with a back load. His hands are very compact, swinging on a level plane with good extension through the ball. His exit velocity was 76 MPH.
