Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; has a pre-pitch bat waggle. Short take back with the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a flat swing path with a two handed finish.  More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 91 MPH via Trackman. feel for the barrel with the ability to use the whole field.

Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; uses prep hop while showing active feet. Hands are out in front with a clean transfer. Moderate arm circle while using various arm slots.  INF - 79 MPH.

8/25/20

Physical: 5-foot-9, 140 pounds; lean, lanky frame with long arms. 7.53 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Wide feet with some weight on his back leg, keeps the hands moving to maintain rhythm in the load; shoots the hands back at the same time he goes into his toe tap forward. Some good load onto the back leg, rotates well around hips. Uses an arm bar to extend his front arm, gets the barrel out and around the pitch. Hit the ball up the middle hard, got around the outside pitch and pulled it to the left field gap well; peak Trackman exit velocity of 82 MPH.
Defensively: Wide feet with slight bend at the midsection; takes prep steps and gets the feet moving well to field the ball with a low chest. Soft hands, funnels quickly to his belt with a solid transfer; moderate arm swing out of the glove, whippy and loose actions from a 3/4 slot. INF - 75 MPH.
