Trevor Adamo is a 5-foot-11 160 pound OF with athleticism. Offensively- Adamo has a simple stance with quiet hands and will use a slight toe tap for timing before his swing.  Amado flashed some juice with gap to gap shots during batting practice; showed quick hands once he makes contact and a balanced follow through after contact. Defensively- Adamo has simple actions and demonstrates proper breakdown with his footwork to gain momentum to field the ball in the OF. Adamo finishes he throws aggressively and had a 4 MPH improvement (77 to 81 MPH) OF velo from his Oct 8th workout.
Last Chance Preview - Long Island (October 8, 2018)
Slender frame with projectable build at 5-foot-11, 160-pounds. Offensively – Balanced, relaxed stance with feet slightly open to pitcher. Lead leg comes back with a toe tap load before getting into forward stride. Hands stay back and work to the ball quickly. Noticeable quickness in the wrists. Barrel whips thru zone with low effort. Remains balanced after contact with high, one-handed finish. Swing showed consistent lift to pull-side during BP. Defensively – Controlled defensive actions in the OF. Keeps body behind balls in the air and comes thru aggressively for the catch. Quick exchange getting into short, compact throwing motion. ¾ release on arm slot. Uses a side shuffle to create momentum.

Mostly level swing path, and stays on the ball well. one handed high finish, 87 mph exit velo.
