An athletic catcher with quick feet. Gets out of his stance well gaining ground and creating direction. Transfer is adequate. Has enough to stay back there. At third base he moves light on his feet and creates solid angles. Glove works in and out of his funnel. Has the arm for the position. A right-handed hitter that starts in an open setup. Initiates pre swing movements with a leg kick timing trigger. Hands move slightly back during stride, creating balance at launch. Swing is level with noticeable whip through the zone. Stronger than he is fast with the bat presently. Stays inside the baseball well, produces consistent ball flight.
