Starts in a balanced stance at the plate. Backside launch with an uphill path to contact. Intent driven swing that offers more strength than speed through the zone. Compact stroke. Handles the inside pitch well, showing more authority to pull side. At third base he plays under control with quiet feet in his approach. Plays from heels with soft hands through fielding. Arm strength is developing. On the bump the right-hander works with a slower pace tempo to a delivery that requires little effort. Drop and drive type that lands closed at foot strike. Fastball comes through a high-¾ slot, staying mostly true through the zone at 61-65 mph. Also spins a breaking ball with gradual action on an 11/5 plane.
