Through the round he found multiple barrels. Line drive approach. Athletic while in the infield, made throws up to 78 mph; shows athletic feet, a natural clean exchange, and soft hands. Had a compact arm action with consistent accuracy to the bag.
5-foot-11, 160-pound lanky frame. Capable at the plate, the right-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 81 mph. Started in a balanced stance with a compact slow load, then used a controlled stride. Bat speed is average, exhibits an upward level swing plane and a back foot finish. Barreled up some balls with some loud contact. Base hit approach. Athletic while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 76 mph; had a packing exchange, consistent hands, and athletic footwork. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a compact arm action with a high ¾ slot. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.14. Projectable on the mound, using a short arm action he showed quick arm speed from a ¾ arm angle. Feel type pitcher and uses decent effort. Showed athletic balance point with in line shoulders.
