Brayden West: LHP/1B, (2025) Mason, OH. 6-foot, 267-pound. (69.4 mph bat speed average). (20.9 mph hand speed average). Starts in a balanced stance with a quick load, then uses a controlled stride. Had an uphill swing plane, quick bat speed and balanced finish. Solid while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 70 mph; has consistent feet, a natural exchange, and firm hands. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Used a high ¾ slot and a quick arm action. Clocked a time of 8.1 in the 60-yard dash. On the mound, showing consistent arm speed he used a high ¾ arm angle and a clean arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows some effort. Has slight running action. (Max spin 1794; Avg 1753).
