A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced setup. Uses an easy leg lift for timing. Hands are simple prior to launch. Path is level and barrel gets through contact well. Strength is top tool at the plate. A middle of the lineup guy who can finds the gap easily. In the infield he worked out at first base. Gets off the bag pretty well. Would like to see him create better angles on his double play balls. Ball skills are adequate. Frame fits the position. On the mound the righty has an uptempo delivery he is able to repeat. Uses a big leg lift prior to his drop and drive load. Lands on line to home plate, finishing slightly to first base line. Works through a high-¾ slot with average arm speed. His upper 70s fastball was consistently in the zone, showing occasional cut. Spins a big, gradual breaking curveball with an 11/5 shape. Displayed feel for the offering that was a solid change of pace from the fastball. A strike thrower that consistently was in the zone with both offerings. Worked in changeup as his third offering  for a solid change of pace between his first two offerings. Located the changeup well with some movement down in the zone. Stayed consistent in the zone with all three offerings and kept hitters off balance.
