7/17/18
A righty swinger that starts in a balanced stance. Simple load that leads into a front foot launch. Path is slightly downhill and swing offers a balanced combination of strength and speed. Line drive guy who can use the whole field with slight pull side tendencies. In the infield he reacts well off the bat and moves light on his feet. Fields the ball from heels in the middle of body. Hands are soft and ball skills are average for class. 3B/2B type. On the mound the physical right handed pitcher uses a low effort delivery. Slower tempo with easy leg lift before the ball comes out with ease. Works through a high ¾ slot with a relatively short arm action. Directionally efficient landing square with home plate. Fastball is commanded to all quadrants of the zone at 75-77 mph. Curveball has gradual break on a 11/5 shape at 62-63 mph. Changeup shows cut at 66-67 mph.

A righty swinger that starts in a balanced stance. Hands stay simple during leg kick timing trigger, path is slightly uphill, strength appears to be top tool in swing. Showed some feel for the barrel in BP, generating line drives to the middle of the field. In the infield he plays under control with quieter footwork. Does a nice job of fielding out in front of his body prior to funneling into stomach during transfer. Ball skills are developing. Tossed it with accuracy across the diamond for the most part. Two-way prospect. On the bump the right-hander has a slower paced tempo that requires little effort. Drop and drive type guy that works with good direction. Fastball shows regular cut at 71-74 mph. Changeup is thrown with fastball arm speed with a bit more run then the heater at 65-66 mph . Also tossed a gradually breaking curveball with an 11/5 shape at 61-62 mph.
