Body Type: 5-foot-9, 140-pound athletic frame.
Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Works exclusively from the stretch. Very mobile on the mound with athletic action. Arm really works. Shows all the physical signs of more velocity to come as he adds strength.
Fastball: 76-78 mph. Ball comes out well. 1900-2100 spin rate guy with mid 90s spin efficiency. Going to throw harder.
Curveball: 61-63 mph. 11/5 shaped offering with big, gradual action. In/out feel wise with the offering.
Changeup: Maintains arm speed on the offering that has some fade to it. 68-69 mph.
Body Type:5-foot-9, 150-pound thin frame.
Swing Mechanics: Open stance with a simple load that has minimal movements.
Hit: Works inside the baseball with a downhill bat path. Works back to the middle of the field.
Power: Line drive guy right now who just needs to develop more, and add size.
Offensive Projection: TBD.
Field: In the infield he plays with smooth, fluid actions. Hands are soft and ball skills are developing.
Throw: Very loose arm. Will add easy mphs aS strength arrives.
Defensive Projection: 2B/3B.

5-foot-8, 135-pound pitching prospect has a very slow delivery with fast arm speed helping to run his fastball between 73-75 mph with late arm side run to it. Parker also throws a 63-66 mph Changeup that shows the same late run as his Fastball mixing the 2 well together. Curveball breaks 11/5 with tight break 57-61 mph. When he misses it tends to be up in the zone due to a high finish. He will improve as he matures and continues to settle in on his mechanics and learn to repeat them every time. Two-way prospect. Aggressive defender that attacks the baseball with a purpose. Sound footwork with a confident glove. Arm works through a near sidearm slot. Ball skills are above average for the age and could be a left side type guy with physical maturation. A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced stance. Simple load with a balanced launch. Downhill path to contact with a balanced offering of strength and speed to swing. Contact type guy with line drive abilities. Would see more pop/natural backspin if he leveled out path. Good athlete with feel for the barrel.
