RHP/OF, (2023) Medina Highland, OH. 5-foot-9, 175-pound physical sturdy build. Capable on the mound, used a ¾ arm angle with a short arm action while showing quick arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses easy effort. He has uphill shoulders and a low balance point. Lands square with an athletic finish. Sat with his fastball at 74-75 mph; showed cutting action and occasional command with tight movement. (Max spin 2035; Avg 1941). His 1/7 curveball (62-63) showed glove side command and sweeping action. (Max spin 1937; Avg 1902). His flat changeup (68-71) showed sinking action and in the zone command.
Evan Linden: RHP/OF, (2023) Medina Highland, OH. 5-foot-10, 170-pound. In the box, Linden's best exit velocity was 80 mph. Starts in a quiet stance with a compact load, then uses a controlled quick stride. Has efficient bat speed, loose level swing plane and high finish. Solid from the outfield, his best throws to the bases were registered at 77 mph; had a natural exchange, sure hands, and consistent footwork. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Used a consistent arm action and a high ¾ slot. On the mound, showed consistent arm speed, he had a high ¾ arm angle and a compact arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows easy effort. Threw his fastball 73-75 mph.
