Thomas has an effortless delivery and throws his Fastball at 71-76 mph. He has a small/athletic build with room to mature. He gets over his front side well and throws a good curveball with 12/6 break at 61-65 mph. His changeup has room to improve and has some cutting movement to it. Two-way prospect. A balanced swinger from the right side. Compact, slightly downhill stroke that offers a bit more strength than speed through the zone. Generates gap pop with some added thump to pull side. In the outfield he plays under control throughout sequence. One-handed play through, showing above average ball skills. Ball comes out easy with signs of more arm strength to come.
