A right-handed pitching prospect in the 2018 class. Very impressive showing on the mound. Tempo is fluid and delivery is repeatable. Arm is long and loose with above average arm speed. Works through a near high-¾ slot with feel for all three offerings. Fastball has heavy cut, more resembling a slider at 79-82 mph. Spins a big breaking, 11/5 shaped breaking ball at 65-68 mph. The offering had depth and sharpness when he got on top of it. Also displayed a changeup, using fastball arm speed at 72-73 mph. In the infield he moves light on his feet and plays with fluidity. Stays athletic on plays outside his funnel. Glove skills are developing.

6-foot-3, 165-pound right-handed pitcher. Projectable frame that should add weight and velocity as he physically matures. Starts on the left side of the rubber in narrow stance. Slow, deliberate tempo into an inward leg kick. Lands closed as he strides - limiting complete use of his lower half. More left into the tank. His arm shows quickness through a ¾ slot. Fastball ran up to 81 mph. Breaking ball has gradual 11/5 break at 66-68 mph. Also mixes in a cut fastball at 73-74 mph. Has a developing changeup at 69-70 mph thrown with good arm speed. Starts open at the plate and uses a short stride to get back to even. Path is downhill with some quickness to his bat. Showed the ability to create backspin to the middle of the field. Contact guy at this stage. Would be aided by adding rhythm to his swing. Defensively, he shows some athleticism in his feet. Would like to see him field the ball more out in front. Looked comfortable going to his glove side as well as his backhand. Arm strength is there to play on the left side of the infield at the next level. Throws with some quickness through a ¾ slot.
