Seidel can flat out pitch and he once again showed that at the state’s top event. Three pitch right-hander with an athletic delivery and the mound presence scouts are looking for. Works quickly, keeping his defense in the game and fills up the zone with quality offerings. Fastball plays up velo wise due to the constant threat of a sharp breaking ball or a changeup that dives through the zone with a fastball look to it. Scholarship level arm talent.

Body Type: 6-foot-1, 180-pound athletic frame.
Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Good tempo to a delivery that doesn’t require much effort. Everything works well. Any added strength is going to easily translate to velo. Fast arm.
Fastball: 81-83 mph. Comes out well. More to come.
Slider: 70-72 mph. True slider shape with good depth to it. Shows feel for the offering.
Changeup: 74-77 mph. Very impressive offering. Maintains arm speed to the offering that will dive late.
Pitchability: Filled it up with all three.
Additional Comments: Really like what I saw. One of the bigger sleepers in the ‘20 class. Fills it up with all the signs of more velocity in there. A guy you can expect to see in the mid 8’s this summer with two well above average secondary offerings.

Right handed arm that is a definite follow in the near future. Does a good job working efficiently down the hill. Arm clearly works while loose and quick. Works through a high ¾ slot with his fastball showing late life in the zone at 77-80 mph. With physical maturity has a chance to throw hard. Curveball has 11/5 action with gradual break at 68-71 mph. Changeup shows potential, tossing a few with hard armside fade at 65-67 mph.

A right-handed pitching prospect in the 2020 class. Goes with a slower paced tempo to his low effort delivery. Uses a smooth leg lift prior to getting into his drop and drive load. Lower half creates solid direction and energy. Arm action is shorter, with a slight hitch in the back. Arm moves through a high-¾ slot with developing arm speed. Commands the fastball well as it stays mostly straight through the zone. Complements his fastball with a 10/4 shaped breaking ball. The pitch is a big breaker with some sharpness to it and showed swing and miss potential. Also showed a changeup, maintaining fastball arm speed. Still developing feel for the pitch but looks to be a solid get-ahead offering.
