For the second time in as many showcases Starks earns top performer honors. His 6.7 speed regularly shows in game whether it’s tracking down a fly balls, stealing multiple bases, or making infielders uncomfortable on routine ground balls. In general Starks looks to be a top of the lineup bat who can man centerfield. Definite college prospect.

A lefty swinger that starts in a balanced setup. His athleticism is noticeable in his swing. Path is level and swing is compact. Showed obvious twitch through the zone. A strong kid with a very fast bat. Has some room to grow mechanically but the natural tools are there. Present gap to gap pop. An aggressive outfielder that plays with confidence. Does a nice job of playing low through the baseball. Picks out his hops well and attacks them. Much more arm than frame would suggest. Ball jumps out of his hand. Throws showed accuracy and carry. All physical signs and tools point to him ending up in center field.
