A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced stance. Loading sequence starts early and stays fluid. Uses a controlled stride for timing before shifting weight into contact. Lower half creates solid energy. Hands stay simple prior to getting the barrel through the zone on a mostly level path. A contact guy at this stage that showed developing bat speed. Top of the lineup type bate. The third baseman showed good feet and takes direct angles to the ball from the hot corner. Possesses soft hands while raking in the baseball and putting himself in position to make the throw. Ball comes out of a high ¾ slot. Shows confidence throughout the catch and throw process.Slow, rhythmic delivery that is easily repeatable. Requires moderate effort though a high ¾ slot with a long action. Fastball was 64-67 mph using a 2 seam grip. Splitter seems to be the go to offspeed pitches at 49-51 mph. Out the hand the ball tends to knuckle before a downward fade. Curveball tumbles in a 12/6 manner at 50-53 mph. Changeup was thrown at 51-52 mph.
