On the bump, the right-handed pitcher brings a tall, projectable frame. Initiates his wind-up with a slower paced delivery to his balanced approach. Uses his back hip and a strong downhill drive to create solid energy. Works high a chest high leg kick into a low ¾ delivery slot. Front foot lands in line with the plate as his finish carries him slightly to the first base side. Fastball has solid zip with some arm side run. Fastball is located well and worked his way up to the mid’s 80’s . Worked in a curveball as his secondary offering. Breaking ball has gradual 11/5 break and was located well. Comfortable throwing the breaking ball in any count. Expect more velocity as the prospect build on his frame.
