A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced setup. Hands stay quiet during his knee pinch load and stride. Load is fluid and repeatable. Barrel moves through a slightly downhill path to the baseball. Bat has some quickness to it with apparent barrel whip. A contact type guy presently with line drive capabilities. In the outfield he uses aggressive footwork in his approach. Fields the baseball in the middle of his body prior to getting into his pro step for momentum. Throws were on target for the most part.

Impressed at the plate. Initiates loading sequence with a knee pinch prior to his aggressive stride. Hands stay relatively simple prior to launch. Swing is compact, showing well above average natural tools for his class. Hands have some twitch to them, generating solid barrel whip into contact. A line drive guy with easy gap pop. In the outfield he uses quick, direct footwork approaching the baseball. Tends to slow momentum prior to fielding to ensure ball security. Ball skills were average to slightly above average. Arm strength is developing. On the mound he has a slower paced tempo to a delivery that requires some effort. A drop and drive type guy that lands in line to home plate at footstrike. Arm speed is quick and arm moves through an over the top slot. Fastball works downhill, showing slight run at 71-74 mph. Breaking ball moves on an 11/5 plane showing gradual break.
