Kemper Murray: OF/RHP, (2022) Fairfield, OH. 6-foot, 150-pound athletic build. At the plate, the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 93 mph. (70.18 mph bat speed average). (21.27 mph hand speed average). Begins in an open crouched stance with a smooth quick load, then uses a controlled leg kick stride. Bat speed is above average, has a level swing plane and good extension on his level finish. Athletic in the outfield, he showed a plus arm and had life on his throws with a position velocity of 88 mph;showed a developing exchange, sure developing hands, and athletic developing feet. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball one hand. Showed off his speed at the event, running a swift 6.93 60-yard dash.

Hit: Open setup from the right side. Squares back up there a leg kick prior to weight shifting into contact. Above average natural tools for class. Ball comes off well. All fields approach in BP.
Power: Flashes of gap abilities.
Offensive Projection: Multiple Roles.

Top Rapsodo BP Distance: 278.
Field: Very solid showing in the outfield. Plays fast with athletic actions. Looks the part.
Throw: Just like on the mound arm stands out. Uber loose with present jump, projecting for much more.
Defensive Projection: Multiple Spots.
1/25/20 Pitching
Delivery Notes: Intriguing arm that shows physical signs of impending velo jump. Very loose, whippy arm with above average arm speed. Spins everything well. It will be exciting to see what he looks like a few years down the road.
Fastball: Regular arm side action.
Fastball Spin Rate: 2000-2200.
Curveball: Above average offering that should get sharper when he takes velo jump. 11/5 shape with some bite to it.
Curveball Spin Rate: 2100-2300.
Changeup: Developing third offering. Uses fastball arm speed.
Pitchability: Strike thrower for the most part.

Body Type: 5-foot-9, 140-pound strong frame.
Swing Mechanics: Swings it from the right side where he starts in a balanced stance. Goes with a leg kick, bat tip movement combination to loading sequence.
Hit: Aggressive swing with feel for contact. Path is slightly uphill through the zone. Generates natural ball flight to the opposite field gap.
Power: 78 mph exit velocity. Line drive guy with gap abilities to opposite field. Swing offers a bit more speed than strength.
Offensive Projection: Top of the lineup type guy.
Run: 4.73 H-1st.
Field: Looks the part in the outfield. Very athletic kid with above average ball skills.
Throw: 79 mph arm strength to home plate. Loose, clean arm with much more to come. Very accurate.
