More pop to come. Presnet gap abilities.

Top of the lineup guy.

Feet really work. Plays with rhythm and is on time. Ball skills are above average as well.
Throw:
Average arm with present accuracy.
Defensive Projection:
2B.

10/14/18

A right-handed hitter that starts in an athletic stance. Movements are efficient and fluid to loading sequence. Launches from a balanced setup and takes a very nice path to contact. Path allows for easy lift and a large margin for error in timing. Always has had barrel feel and now has added obvious physicality to frame, resulting and much louder pop than we’ve seen in past. Looks like a different guy physically. Stroked a line drive single in game. In the infield he plays under control with the ability to create consistent angles with feel. Well coached, mechanically sound defender. Ball skills are above average for class. Arm profiles him at second base as of now. Definite college future.

5/29/18

A right-handed hitter that starts in an athletic setup. Movements are fluid and efficient prior to swing decision. When he pulls the trigger he shows a nice, compact stroke with a ton of feel for finding the barrel. Continues to get more physical/shows added juice each time we see him. Up the middle of the infield he offers more of a present second baseman skill set. Times feet well and plays through with soft hands. Very solid, reliable defender.

2/17/18

A very solid player with athletic actions on both sides of the ball. At the plate he showed off a fluid, efficient swing. Does a nice job of controlling weight during stride, remaining balanced throughout swing. Impressive barrel feel for age, spraying line drives to both gaps. With his feel and efficiency, expect much more juice as he adds strength with maturity. In the infield he is mechanically sound with smooth actions. Feet are well timed and he maintains rhythm through fielding sequence. Second baseman type presently with the hands for short if he twitches up with maturity. Definite prospect to follow whos best days are ahead of him.

7/25/17

A right-handed hitter that starts in an athletic position. Loading sequence is fluid and produces impressive energy. Leg kick creates balance and timing. Barrel launches from a vertical position, giving him natural whip through the zone. Path is level with well-above average bat speed. Strength is developing and he has much more pop in there as he matures physically. Consistently produced line drive in BP, showing the ability to find the gap. Talented young hitter. In the infield he does a nice job with his feet prior to fielding. Plays low through the baseball with above average glove skills. Arm profiles him best at second base presently.

5/31/17

At the plate he starts in an athletic setup. Swing is efficient and mechanically sound. Any added strength with maturity will translate to added juice. Barrel maintains energy through contact, very rarely rolling over. Solid all-around bat that has the tools to fit in a multiple of different roles moving forward. A very mechanically sound infielder that does a nice job of creating angles with his footwork. Glove skills are adequate for his age. How his arm strength progresses will likely determine what side of the field he plays on.

1/28/17

A righty swinger that creates energy with his lower half through a leg kick load and controlled stride. Hands stay loose and rhythmic as he moves forward. Bat has some quickness to it, getting through the zone on a level path. Top of the lineup type of guy who consistently finds the barrel. Defensively, he projects as a second base type at this stage. Shows the ability to create angles and keep momentum moving towards first base. Made plays to glove side and showed ability to make the back hand. Receives the ball well. Throws with short arm action from high ¾ slot. Needs to continue developing foot speed and arm strength for the next level.
