Third baseman with the frame for the spot. Plays under control too and through. Can get to heels at times. Actions are more athletic outside of funnel. Hands are soft, receiving the ball deep in the middle of his body. Accurate arm across the diamond. A right-handed hitter at the plate that starts in a balanced setup. Simple load that leads to a balanced launch. Vertical barrel launch give shim easy whip and early bat speed. Physical kid with bat speed through the zone. Nice path with feel for squaring up the baseball. Used the entire field in bP. Hit tool translates to the next level. Two-way prospect. Turned in one of the most impressive mound performances we saw on the day. Fluid delivery that doesn’t require ton of effort. Long, clean arm through a high-¾ slot. Fastball comes out well sitting 84-86 mph. Filled up the zone with the offering. Primary secondary offering is the 11/5 shaped breaking ball. The pitch was sharp with depth at 72-73 mph. Definite college future on the bump and should make his way into scholarship contention.
