6/6/17
On the bump Dulin has some projectability to him at 6-foot-6, 235-pounds. Tempo is quick and delivery requires some effort. Arm is long and loose with some arm speed. Offers a three-pitch mix while working through a high-¾ slot. Fastball showed run at times, while coming in the zone at 77-81 mph. His curveball is the go to secondary offering. Spins it on an 11/5 plane with some sharpness at 64-69 mph. Also mixed in a 73-74 mph changeup.

2/19/17
6-foot-6, 230-pound prospect with big, tall frame. Likely projects best as a pitcher at the next level. At first base, he has an ideal, long frame. Average footwork around the bag. Long arm action with some length to his transfer. Top velocity of 79 mph across the infield. Starts in a balanced setup at the plate. Moves his hands to launch during his short stride forward. Path is level, showing impressive strength through contact. Ball comes off his bat well, especially to his pull side. On the mound, the right handed pitcher uses his projectable, tall frame. Uses short arm action while throwing through a ¾ slot. Fastball sits between 76-80 mph. Uses a knuckle curve breaking ball that displays some sharpness at 68-69 mph. Arm speed on changeup looks similar to fastball as the pitch ranges between 72-75 mph.

60 Yard Dash: 7.54
Position Velocity: 85
Exit Velocity: 76

6/13/16
6-foot-5, 220-pound very projectable frame. More projectable on the mound at this stage. Has a slower tempo to a delivery he is able to repeat. Has a three pitch mix with his fastball sitting 76-78 mph with run to it at times. Curveball has an 11/5 shape with gradual break at 62-65 mph. Also showed some feel for his 63-65 mph changeup. Starts tall at the plate before using a knee pinch to start his lower half. Keeps his hands simple before taking a flat path to the ball. Strong kid. Better to his pull side at this stage. Reached a top exit velocity of 90 mph and ran a 4.76 from home to first. Gets off the bag well at first base with some glove skills. Needs to play lower. Threw across the diamond with 80 mph arm strength.

1/16/16
6-foot-5, 220-pound tall, projectable frame. On the mound he has a slow tempo to his delivery with a long stride and lands slightly closed. From a long, high-3/4 slot he showed decent arm speed with his fastball sitting 74-77 mph with way more in there. He was able to command his breaking ball at 64-67 mph with a gradual break and 11/5 tilt. At the plate he uses a small leg kick for timing and added power. He keeps his hands simple and is able to keep his natural, flat bat path through the zone. Exit velocity was 84 mph. At first base he was very good when fielding the ball in front of him and looked unsure of his hands when he let the ball get too deep into his body. Showed good footwork on his double play balls and had 73 mph arm strength across the diamond. Ran a 7.59 60 yard dash.

9/25/19
Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Long lever type that gets down the mound well. Drop and drive loading sequence with lower half that creates both energy and positive direction down the hill.
Fastball: 79-84 mph offering that has some life to it through the zone and with his length velo plays up.
Curveball: 66-71 mph. Big breaker with gradual action through the zone on an 11/5 plane.
Changeup: Maintains arm speed on the offering that has a similar look to the fastball at 77 mph.
Pitchability: Was in the zone for the most part.
