 SS/RHP, (2023) Saint Vincent St Mary, OH. 5-foot-11, 175-pound. At the plate, Tura had an exit velocity of 83 mph. (60.3 mph bat speed average). (17.7 mph hand speed average). Started in an athletic quiet stance with a quick load, then used a small leg kick. Has an uphill swing plane, efficient bat speed and high finish. Solid in the infield, his best throw was recorded at 76 mph; had a clean exchange, quick footwork, and firm hands. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Had a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.65.

Nick Tura: SS/RHP, (2023) Saint Vincent St Mary, OH. 5-foot-11, 175-pound. In the box, the right-handed hitter clocked an exit velocity of 85 mph. (57.5 mph bat speed average). (17.6 mph hand speed average). Started in an athletic active stance with a controlled load, then used a small leg kick. Bat speed is quick, shows a short simple swing plane and good extension on his finish. Solid in the infield, his best throw was registered at 80 mph; has sure hands, a natural exchange, and consistent feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Had a high ¾ slot and a quick arm action. Clocked a time of 7.65 in the 60-yard dash.

5-foot-10, 167-pound physical frame. Solid in the box, the right-handed hitter clocked an exit velocity of 84 mph. Sets up in a balanced stance with a smooth load. Bat speed was above average, showed a flat swing plane and level finish. He barreled up multiple balls with some loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Solid in the infield, his position velocity was registered at 62 mph; has a quick exchange, athletic feet, and sure hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 8.13.

Scouting Notes: Smoother, easier delivery that he repeats well. Arm is compact through a high-3/4 slot. Expect more velocity down the road. Breaking ball has a big shape with gradual action.
Fastball: 71-73mph.
Fastball Spin Rate: 1480-1615rpm.
Breaking Ball: 65mph..
Breaking Ball Spin Rate: 1562rpm.

Hit:Balanced stance from the right side. Simple, repeatable load. Compact stroke with rotational tendencies. Worked mostly to middle/pull side with flare misses. Natural tools are balanced.
Power:Line drive pop.
Offensive Projection:Table setter.
Field:Clean footwork with a well timed sequence. Appears to be a sure-handed defender.
Throw:Clean arm with an easy release and more strength to come.
Defensive Projection:Multiple spots.

Hit:Right-handed hitter that starts in an open setup. Uses a smooth loading sequence followed by an aggressive stroke. Level path with rotational tendencies. Worked from line to line in BP.
Power:Contact type bat at present.
Offensive Projection: TBD. Much more physical maturation to come.
Max BP Exit:74 mph
Max BP Distance:225 ft
Field:In the infield he plays with direct routes/cutting off distance from the bat. Ball skills are serviceable.
Throw:Accurate thrower with more strength to come.
Defensive Projection:TBD. TGR
