(19.8 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced quiet stance with a small load, then used a controlled stride. Has efficient bat speed, short simple swing plane and high finish. Solid from the outfield, he showed the ability to throw at velocities up to 79 mph; had a fluid exchange, consistent footwork, and sure hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Showed a loose arm action and a high ¾ slot. Displayed speed and athleticism at the event, recording a 60 time of 6.65. On the mound, used a loose arm action with a high ¾ arm angle while showing consistent arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows easy effort. Sat with his fastball at 76-79 mph. Has running action. (Max spin 2091; Avg 2032). His 2/8 curveball (63-66) has slurvey action. He shows sinking action on his changeup (71-72).
