Offensive Projection: Multiple roles. Max BP Exit: 80mph. Max BP Distance: 289ft. Field: Works with a smooth tempo, flows through sequence. Solid ball skills. Looks comfortable out there. Throw: Ball jumps out of hand. Defensive Projection: Corner guy.
Scouting Notes: Good looking arm out of West Clermont. Good athlete who moves well and showed well above average arm speed. Fastball was heavy on the cusp on the upper 70s. Changeup has good sell out of the hand while maintaining near fastball armspeed. The pitch showed regular fade through the zone. Breaking ball has solid depth with quality action. Expect this pitch to sharpen up even more as he hits impending velocity jump. The pitch has a chance for regular swing/miss down the road. Fastball: 75-76mph. Fastball Spin Rates: 2050-2200rpm.
