Ryan Miklich: OF/2B, (2022) St. Edward, OH. 6-foot-1, 180-pound lean athletic frame. Solid during batting practice, the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 89 mph. Started in an open quiet stance with a controlled load, then used a short stride. Bat speed is above average and uses a simple short swing plane. Gap to gap approach. Solid while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 73 mph; shows soft sure hands, and smooth athletic feet. Smooth recorded an outfield position velocity of 77 mph; shows rhythmic feet, a fluid exchange, and soft hands. Showed a high ¾ slot with a loose arm action. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.2.
Ryan Miklich: 2B/OF, (2022) St. Edward, OH. 6-foot, 180-pound athletic frame. During batting practice, Miklich recorded an exit velocity of 97 mph. Started in a balanced open stance with a smooth quick load, then used a toe tap. Had average bat speed and a level rotational swing plane. Athletic in the infield, his best throw was recorded at 81 mph; shows quick athletic feet, a clean exchange, and soft hands. Athletic from the outfield, he showed the ability to throw at velocities up to 81 mph; shows soft hands, a clean exchange, and smooth fluid feet. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Used a quick arm action on his throws. Displayed speed and athleticism at the event, recording a 60 time of 6.8.

Swing Mechanics: Upright, open stance. Hands show a slight back load to hands during leg kick timing trigger.
Hit: Front foot launch with a level path to contact. Physical kid with some bat speed. Both tools project for more. Minor path issues in BP but ball jumps when squared.
Power: 80 mph exit velocity. Gap to gap pop.
Offensive Projection: TBD.
Run: 7.73 60-yard dash.
Field: Athleticism shows in the infield. Plays fast without compromising fluidity and shows ball skills that play at multiple positions. Good athlete who’s actions play up on the move. Solid defender.
Throw: Loose arm through a ¾ slot. More strength to come.
