6-foot-1 and 170-pound right-handed pitching prospect. Slower tempo to a delivery that he repeats very well. Works out ¾ slot with short arm action. Shows good direction finishing slightly closed at foot contact. At 75-79 MPH, the fastball shows consistent cutting action. Velocity should improve as he matures physically. Offered a 66-68 MPH changeup that shows the same cutting action as his fastball. Watts best secondary offering is a 11/5 breaking ball that shows developing depth at 62-64 MPH. A left-handed hitter that starts in a tall,open setup. Movements are fluid and athletic prior to launch. Creates a large margin of error with his path and creates early bat speed. Generates easy gap pop with a lower effort swing. Impressed by how balance he stayed throughout swing. An all fields hitter that projects to hit for average with his high level barrel feel.

6-foot, 170-pound prospect. The right-hander uses a slow tempo delivery. He has an easy lift with some shoulder tilt. He finishes closed and throws across his body. Works through a high ¾ slot with a short arm action. The fastball has cutting action while sitting 69-73 mph. He showed good feel for a cutting changeup at 63-64 mph. Also displayed a 12/6 breaking ball. The pitch sat 60-63 mph and shows some depth. A lefty swinger that uses a double tap load to get things started. Hands stay simple and loose during stride. Creates solid barrel whip through the zone. Stronger than he is fast with the bat at this stage. Would like to see him level out path to produce more consistent ball flight. In the infield, he has a tendency to field the ball flat footed. Will be aided by creating angles to the ball and more fluidity to his actions. Gets too mechanical at times. Throws from ¾ to high ¾ arm slot.
