Swing Mechanics: Balanced stance with a leg kick timing trigger during smooth back load.

Hit: Fluid, easy movements to swing that sync well. Ton of feel for the barrel with the ability to drive the ball to either gap. Finds plane well, allowing for natural backspin. Hit tool is a solid one.

Power: 86 mph exit velocity. Gap to gap pop.

Offensive Projection: Multiple Roles.

Run: 7.59 60-yard dash.
Field: Registered pop times of 2.02-2.06.

Throw: 73 mph arm strength to second base.

A righty swinger that starts in an athletic setup. Smooth load, highlighted by a leg kick for timing. An aggressive swinger that balances control and intent well. Drove the ball well to both gaps. Run producer potential. Stock continues to rise as he put together another strong performance to cap off a very impressive summer for Egger. Once again showed a solid skill set behind the dish, standing out in workout and in game.  Although he is more projectable behind the dish he also showed an adequate skill set in the infield. Skill set translates to 2nd/3B at the next level. Smooth feet with above average ball skills and arm that plays on either side of the diamond.

Egger continues to impress this summer with another strong performance. A righty bat that has athletic, fluid actions with more than enough natural tools to do damage when he squares up the baseball. Although he once again had a strong showing behind the dish he showed another above average tool for the first time with his ability to flash the leather in the infield. Still projects higher as a backstop but would be more than adequate at second/third base in the infield.

An average to above average defender behind the dish. Can receive well and catch/throw abilities are there. Where Egger will mostly attract scouts is his ability with the bat. Very athletic swing from the right side with bat speed and thump through the zone. Finds the gap with ease and could have sneaky power as he adds strength to frame. Scholarship level prospect.

Looked the part at the plate. Movements are athletic and well timed. Displayed an above average combination of strength/batspeed through the zone as well. Ball comes off well showing easy gap pop to both alleys. Had a strong showing behind the dish as well, tossing pop times between 1.91-1.97 and showing above average receiving abilities in game.

Egger had arguably the most impressive showing of the event in BP. Flows through his loading sequence, incorporating a leg kick/bat tip combo. Movements are controlled and well timed. Barrel accelerates through the zone with well above average bat speed and noticeable twitch in there. An all fields hitter who creates easy backspin. Exit velocity is currently 87 mph with more to come as he fills out his athletic frame. At third base he takes direct routes to the baseball, fielding out in front of his body. Brings above average athleticism to the spot. Plays with obvious confidence in his glove and showed more than enough arm for the spot. Also displayed feel behind the dish, with above average catch/throw skills. Looked more than capable receiving during bullpens as well.

A very fluid swinger from the right side. Starts open and gets back to even through a knee pinch load and controlled stride. Hands stay loose throughout load prior to getting the barrel through the zone on a level path. Strength and bat speed are both above average tools. Showed gap to gap pop in batting practice. Solid hitter. In the infield he showed confidence in his glove and feel for the third base position. Tends to play from heels at times. Glove skills remain on the move. Behind the dish, he starts in a partially open stance with his glove foot ahead. Footwork has some length to it. Hands are quick and back to the ear. Short arm action. Tendency to throw uphill at times. Pop times ranged between 2.12 to 2.18.
