2/18/18
6-foot, 150-pound prospect. Big, controlled inward leg kick. Smooth, tempo and rhythm. Long arm action. Fastball sits 80-81 mph but velo should jump with physical maturation. Shows ability to make his fastball have cut and ASR. Breaking ball shows 12/6 type action with sharp break. Good two-plane action. Changeup shows ASR with fade at 73-74 mph.

Future Games

6-foot, 150 pound, average height with an athletic frame. A left-handed pitcher, has tempo and rhythm to the delivery. The arm action is short, clean, throws from ear, creating natural run to the arm side. The fastball worked down in the zone, clocked at 79-81 mph, worked it to glove side as well. The changeup was his best pitch on the day, same arm action, sold it well with entire body, clocked at 74-76 mph. The breaking ball has some slurvy break to it, clocked at 67-71 mph, showed the ability to drop lower with it, creating more horizontal break, cups it at times on backswing. Pitched two clean innings, works quickly and efficient. Big time follow, will be a nightmare on left-handed hitters.

6/6/17
A left-handed pitching prospect in the 2019 class. House showed advanced pitchability and the ability to create deception. The southpaw works in and out with all of his offerings and changes arm slots. Traditionally he works through a near over the top slot. Arm action is clean and he is mechanically efficient. Fastball showed slight run at times while sitting 79-82 mph when coming from over the top. Dropped his slot a few times and velo was consistently at 77 mph with good run.  Spins a tight, 2/8 shaped breaking ball with solid feel at 67-68 mph. Drops his arm slot at times to turn his breaking ball into a slider at 72-73 mph. Flashed a changeup that had some fade to it at 77-78 mph.

2/18/17
A thin, athletic frame at 6-foot-0, 150-pounds. A mechanically efficient southpaw with a clean delivery. Arm works well through a near over the top slot. Arm action is shorter with quickness to his arm. Showed off an impressive four- pitch mix with his fastball sitting 80-81 mph. His best secondary offering on the day was his changeup that came in at 73-74 mph. House has obvious feel for the pitch that has run and sink to it while maintaining fastball arm speed. Spins two different breaking balls. The sharper of which is his slider that shows late side to side action at 71-74 mph. Changes arm angle a bit on the pitch. Also showed feel for a 1/7 shaped breaking ball that had depth to it 65-69. Defensively, he shows good arm strength from the outfield with top velocity of 84 mph. Plays through the baseball and shows athleticism in his movements. Transfer has some length at times with extra movements. A top of the lineup type guy at the plate that swings the bat with intent. Hands move back to launch during his leg kick load and aggressive stride. Creates more than adequate energy into contact with his lower half. Ball came off his bat well and he showed impressive pop for frame.

Home to First: 4.63
Outfield Velocity: 84
Exit Velocity: 83

7/26/16
Showed an impressive three-pitch mix with his fastball sitting 76-79 mph. His 1/7 breaking ball is sharp and he was able to keep it down in the zone. Also was able to command a changeup that he threw with fastball armspeed. Arm actions is very clean with above average armspeed and some looseness to it. Velocity should rise as he matures.

 6/13/16
A young prospect with an athletic build at 5-foot-10, 130-pound. Creates a good amount of energy into contact from the left side. Uses simple hands by taking a short, flat path to the ball. Above average strength and batspeed for his age. Recorded a line drive single during game play. Reached a top exit velocity of 77 mph with more in the tank. Very mechanically sound in the outfield. Glove and arm are both above average tools. Showed a quick transfer and threw with 80 mph arm strength to home plate. Ran a 4.71 from home to first. On the mound he shows some rhythm in his delivery. Good direciton to the plate, landing on line at foot strike. Shows regular effort to his delivery with average arm speed. High ¾ arm slot with the fastball sitting 76-78 mph. Curveball sat 62-65 mph with sharp break on a 2/8 plane. Changeup sat 69-72 mph.

6/30/15
Young looking 5-foot-8, 120-pound thin, projectable body frame. From the outfield he uses good footwork to approach ground balls, fielding the ball out in front of his body on his glove side. He throws with a clean arm action, coming from a ¾ slot, using 73 mph velocity. Left-handed hitter starts from an open stance getting back to being squared up to even. His hands load back getting to an arm-bar position. Swings with a level bat path through the zone, while reaching a top exit velocity of 77 mph. He ran a 5.50 out of the batter’s box to first base.
