A line drive type guy at the plate. Loading sequence is simple as he uses a back load with his hands during his short stride forward. Swing is short/compact, working on a mostly level plane. Did a nice job of squaring the ball up in BP, showing the ability to use the entire field. In the outfield he plays under control in his approach. Works through the baseball smooth, playing one-handed allowing him to maintain momentum through fielding into his throws. Displayed adequate ball skills with developing arm strength. Looks to be a solid defender.
